Organoleptic Data:

Color – dark ruby;

Smell – aroma of different flowers, honey and field flowers is harmonically mixed;

Taste – rich in tannins, tones of ripen cherry, blackberry, black plum, dried fruit and oak are harmonically balanced. It has long aroma. Ideally matches to meat and cheese. t: 14°C-18°C.

Data of laboratory analyses:

Alcohol – 15%;

Titrable acidity – 6,6 g/l;

Volatile acid – 0,55 g/l;

Rest of sugar – < 2 g/l.

Handmade Red dry wine, vintage of 2021 from old vineyard. The wine is produced by a wine-maker and viticulturist Archil Utiashvili, in Kakheti region, village Kurdghelauri, by a high quality, biologically and ecologically clean Saperavi grapes, grown in Tsinandali micro-zone. It is made according to the modern and ancient Georgian technologies and is fermented together with the husks, the main stalk and bunch of grapes. Aged in French oak barrels.

It is poured out only 3870 bottles.
