Organoleptic Data:
Color – amber;
Smell – aroma of different fruits, apple, quince and hay is harmonically mixed;
Taste – tones of ripen apple, quince and tobacco are harmonically balanced and it has long aroma, rich in tannins. Ideally matches to fish, roast meat and cheese. t: 10°C-14°C.
Data of laboratory analyses:
Alcohol – 13%;
Titrable acidity – 5,6 g/l;
Volatile acid – 0,33 g/l;
Rest of sugar – < 3 g/l.
Handmade Amber dry wine, vintage of 2011 from the old vineyard, that is cultivated in the 1970. The wine is produced by a wine-maker and viticulturist Archil Utiashvili, in Kakheti region, village Kurdghelauri, by a high-quality Rkatsiteli grapes that are grown in Tsinandali micro-zone, according to the modern and ancient Georgian traditional technologies, which provides full participation of grape’s stalk and marc in alcoholic fermentation.
It is poured out only 850 bottles.
