Saperavi 2017
Organoleptic Data:
Colour – dark ruby;
Smell – aroma of different flowers, honey and field flowers is harmonically mixed;
Taste – rich in tannins, tones of ripen cherry, blackberry, black plum, dried fruit and oak are harmonically balanced. It has long aroma. Ideally matches to meat and cheese. t: 14°C-18°C.
Data of laboratory analyses:
Alcohol – 13,5%;
Titrable acidity – 5,6 g/l;
Volatile acid – 0,3 g/l;
Rest of sugar – < 3 g/l.
Handmade Red dry wine, vintage of 2017 from old vineyard. The wine is produced by a wine-maker and viticulturist Archil Utiashvili, in Kakheti region by more than 40-year-old, high quality Saperavi grapes, grown in Tsinandali micro-zone. It is made according to the modern and ancient Georgian technologies and is fermented together with the husks, the main stalk and bunch of grapes.
It is poured out only 2200 bottles.
